About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for vendor management and KB operations

  • Identify opportunities to consolidate vendors and leverage economies of scale
  • Own vendor pricing strategy, including renegotiation of contracts to drive cost reductions and improve margins
  • Implement and manage Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) frameworks, including vendor due diligence, risk assessments, and ongoing monitoring
  • Track and report on vendor spend, savings initiatives, and ROI of vendor consolidation efforts
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align vendor capabilities with business needs
  • Oversee the global KB, ensuring it is accurate, future proof, and compliant with evolving requirements
  • Define governance structures, including content ownership, version control, and audit readiness
  • Drive enhancements in the user experience of the knowledge base
  • Partner with technology and operations teams to improve KB tools, workflows, and usability
  • Identify and address SLA shortcomings, knowledge gaps or outdated documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or global operations
  • Prior people management experience, including leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Demonstrated success in reducing vendor costs and negotiating contracts
  • Experience owning or managing knowledge bases or content systems is strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing, financial modeling, or spend analysis
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive change in a global organization
