About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, including coordination with remote teams.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong capabilities in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP; familiarity with tools like ASAP Utilities is a plus).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly to stakeholders.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret data, identify issues, and develop practical solutions.
  • Effective planning and organizational skills to manage tasks, prioritize work, and meet project deliverables.
  • High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of work.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing priorities and team needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects.
