About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supporting the relationship manager to serve clients
  • Provide advisory service to clients on company secretarial matters
  • Handle a full spectrum of company secretarial matters for a portfolio of SPV / fund clients professionally, including:
  • Incorporation and deregistration of companies
  • Preparation of minutes & resolutions etc.
  • Managing and organizing the portfolio statutory filings
  • Reviewing agreements and contracts
  • Changing in shareholdings and directorships
  • Assist with compliance and onboarding procedures
  • Other ad hoc projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree or diploma holder in business administration/corporate governance or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 1 or 2 years’ related experience in a professional firm or law firm
  • Experience in handling SPV / fund portfolio is preferred
  • HKCGI/CGI membership will be an advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken in English and Chinese (i.e. Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Meticulous, pro-active, attentive to details, self-motivated, keen to learn
  • Able to adapt in new challenges and with good communication skills
