About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide vision and oversight for the Global EHS auditing program
Identify key risks and plan audits accordingly to address those risks
Plan, manage, execute, and report audit results
Responsible for the oversight and execution of Global EHS documents in the document management system (Veeva)
Develop and implement global EHS training that aligns with programs/procedures
Summarize and report compliance status, strengths and priority issues, and recommendations for management
Think strategically and ensure deliverables are aligned with broader organization
Lead and/or participate on cross functional teams to represent EHS objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree (EHS related, Engineering) plus 10+ years of EHS related experience or Master’s Degree (EHS related, Engineering) plus 8-10 years of EHS related experience
EHS professional certification is preferred.
Experience with EHS management systems
Experience with analytical tools and techniques to detect compliance risk
Proven experience collaborating to drive solutions which are compliant, and value added
