About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide vision and oversight for the Global EHS auditing program
- Identify key risks and plan audits accordingly to address those risks
- Plan, manage, execute, and report audit results
- Responsible for the oversight and execution of Global EHS documents in the document management system (Veeva)
- Develop and implement global EHS training that aligns with programs/procedures
- Summarize and report compliance status, strengths and priority issues, and recommendations for management
- Think strategically and ensure deliverables are aligned with broader organization
- Lead and/or participate on cross functional teams to represent EHS objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree (EHS related, Engineering) plus 10+ years of EHS related experience or Master’s Degree (EHS related, Engineering) plus 8-10 years of EHS related experience
- EHS professional certification is preferred.
- Experience with EHS management systems
- Experience with analytical tools and techniques to detect compliance risk
- Proven experience collaborating to drive solutions which are compliant, and value added
