About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collect, integrate, and analyze data from Salesforce, partner reports, and internal systems to generate actionable business insights and identify growth opportunities
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, performance drivers, and gaps, supporting strategic and operational decision-making
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales performance, account coverage, and product mix
  • Build and refine sales funnel analytics to improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and business predictability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (sales, marketing, product teams) to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
  • Support partner performance management by analyzing metrics, identifying root causes of issues, and recommending corrective actions
  • Manage partner lifecycle processes, including onboarding new partners and addressing underperformance
  • Travel to channel partner locations as needed to understand on-ground operations, validate insights, and drive data-backed improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biotechnology, Life Sciences, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis, sales operations, or data analytics roles, preferably within biotech, pharma, or life sciences industry
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, and at least one visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce (SFDC), including data extraction, reporting, and dashboard creation
  • Demonstrated experience in building dashboards, performing data cleaning, conducting exploratory data analysis, and presenting insights to cross-functional stakeholders through structured reports and business reviews
