About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and manage employee relations cases end-to-end
- Apply professional judgment to assess situations and determine appropriate actions
- Handle routine and moderately complex cases independently
- Partner with HR Business Partners to provide guidance
- Lead or support workplace investigations
- Identify themes, risks, and trends from case work
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of ER processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in Law, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in employee relations, HR, or a related field
- Working knowledge of UK (and ideally European) employment law
- Experience with employee representative bodies
- Proven experience managing employee relations cases
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
