Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Minimum 5 years prior experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior executives
  • Experience supporting and influencing C-Suite leaders through HR best practices
  • Demonstrated accomplishments leading highly visible teams and projects
  • Reputation for being scrappy, thinking creatively and critically
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional, global initiatives
