About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders on talent and organizational design challenges
- Partner with client groups and Talent Acquisition to acquire diverse and skilled talent
- Drive successful execution of the performance management process within assigned client groups
- Collaborate with clients on internal movement decisions
- Report on assigned KPIs including headcount management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Organization Design, Organization Development or related field with 10+ years of HR Experience OR Master’s with 7+ years of Human Resources Experience
- Minimum 5 years prior experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior executives
- Experience supporting and influencing C-Suite leaders through HR best practices
- Demonstrated accomplishments leading highly visible teams and projects
- Reputation for being scrappy, thinking creatively and critically
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional, global initiatives
