About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and prioritize field interventions in Regional EMEA team.
  • Manage and track the logistics around these interventions.
  • Ensure the interface between clients, Installation and After-Sales Automation and Clinical IT team of Beckman Coulter EMEA.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or customer service role, preferably in the medical diagnostics or healthcare industry.
  • Fluent in English and at least one of the big EMEA languages (Spanish, Italian, German or French). Additional EMEA languages are advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and geographies.
  • Proficiency in the use of dispatch software and tools (Service max, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team, in a fast-paced environment.
