About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- work with a high-performing group of lawyers on a mix of banking and finance transactional work and financial services regulatory work.
- advise corporate and institutional lenders and borrowers on various debt arrangements.
- work across all clients and with all of the Partners, who are all approachable, genuine and experts in their field.
Requirements
What you’ll need- have at least 12 months of relevant Australian post admission legal experience gained preferably in front end banking matters, and up to 2 years’ post admission experience overall;
- possess a strong work ethic and desire to consistently exceed client expectations from a product and service level;
- demonstrate eagerness to be part of a high-performing team with a strong business focus;
- have a strong attention to detail, excellent analytic skills and a desire to expand your legal and commercial skills;
- be able to demonstrate resilience working in a high pressure, demanding environment;
- the ability to work both autonomously as well as in a team environment;
- be available to work in the office every day.
