Requirements

What you’ll need

JD required
Licensed to practice law
At least 3 years of legal experience
Prior experience working with law firms or corporate legal departments
Experience with conflicts analysis strongly preferred but not required
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work productively with firm personnel at all levels
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Negotiation and influence skills
Strong legal research skills
Knowledge of Intapp conflict checking and ethical wall software a plus
