Requirements

What you’ll need
  • JD required
  • Licensed to practice law
  • At least 3 years of legal experience
  • Prior experience working with law firms or corporate legal departments
  • Experience with conflicts analysis strongly preferred but not required
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work productively with firm personnel at all levels
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Negotiation and influence skills
  • Strong legal research skills
  • Knowledge of Intapp conflict checking and ethical wall software a plus
