About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Focus on coaching and upleveling our Vendor Partners revenue growth
- Work closely with our Vendor Leads to provide sales trainings, call calibration feedback, and various sales tools
- Report to the Inside Sales Manager on the Inside Account Development team
- Be involved in creating and revamping sales training materials, scripts, email templates
- Listen to a high volume of Vendor calls to provide feedback and uncover growth opportunities for reps
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years in a sales role focused on building relationships and providing sound business solutions
- Creative, motivated, and passionate about sales with a dynamic personality
- Comfortable working in a scaling startup environment and adapting quickly
- Value collaboration and find opportunities within change
- Tech-savvy and navigate sales and internal tools quickly (Salesforce, Chorus, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Google Apps)
- Must be comfortable regularly exercising discretion and independent judgment in performing job duties, evaluating options, making informed decisions, and determining appropriate courses of action.
