About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Apply your systems engineering expertise to deliver model-based engineering solutions across multiple programs
- Drive the creation of digital threads for Department of War systems using multiple requirements management, model-based design, and product lifecycle tools
- Heavily involved in the creation and review of model-based engineering products
- Implement engineering practices and develop and review systems engineering artifacts
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Experience with MBSE tools such as Enterprise Architect, MagicDraw, or Rhapsody and the Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) or Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF)
- Experience developing or analyzing system architectures and CONOPS
- Experience contributing to major product design reviews such as SRR, PDR, or CDR for complex defense or space programs
- Experience with interface definition and configuration management
- Knowledge of system safety and system security engineering fundamentals
- Ability to conduct requirements development and manage traceability
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Physics, or Technology field
