Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of experience implementing Knowledge Management strategies
- Experience working with clients to understand their issues, needs, missions, and future direction
- Experience building, managing, and setting the direction of a Knowledge Management plan
- Experience with Microsoft Teams administration and reporting for a large organization
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2016 through 2019 and Office365 platforms, including administration and development such as SharePoint sites, sub-sites, libraries, and lists, and maintenance of SharePoint-based enterprise solutions
- Experience conducting stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering activities to identify knowledge management, communications, and business process challenges, and implementing solutions that promote knowledge sharing and strengthen integration between information systems
- Experience evaluating, piloting, and integrating emerging technologies, including Generative AI capabilities, to improve knowledge discovery, workforce productivity, and decision-making
- Experience leveraging Microsoft Power Platform capabilities, including Power Automate, to develop automated workflows and connect enterprise systems
