  • work with existing teams to understand current challenges

  • assist in augmenting designs and algorithms to better system performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in EO/IR systems
  • Knowledge of systems integration challenges
  • Ability to work with a team of engineers to modify designs and improve system integrations to improve warfighter capabilities
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or scientific field
  • Experience with modern Navy EO/IR systems (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with the SETR process (Nice to Have)
  • Knowledge of contracting mechanisms and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) reporting (Nice to Have)
  • Knowledge of system targeting algorithms and test techniques (Nice to Have)
  • Ability to analyze EO/IR designs and provide technical inputs to improve performance and integration ease (Nice to Have)
  • Top Secret clearance (Nice to Have)
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (Nice to Have)
