About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and implement the Process Intelligence strategy for Finance, aligned with enterprise AI, automation, and transformation roadmaps
- Establish end-to-end process visibility across core Finance value streams
- Drive adoption, governance, and value realization of process intelligence platforms
- Translate process insights into a prioritized pipeline of actions
- Partner with Finance, AI/Automation, and IT teams to convert insights into delivered and measured business value
- Define and standardize process indicators, benchmarks, and executive dashboards for leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with process intelligence / process mining tools (Celonis, SAP Signavio, UiPath, or similar)
- Strong understanding of Finance processes and ERP-based transaction flows
- Proven ability to communicate complex insights clearly to senior and executive stakeholders
