About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide accurate, timely, high-quality, solution-focused legal advice across the full range of legal issues
- Review, draft, negotiate and close a broad range of technology agreements
- Become an integral part of a dynamic team providing effective legal support
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address legal and mitigate risks
- Provide strategic and programmatic advice on legal and regulatory requirements
- Serve as the day-to-day legal point on contractual queries
- Assist in the continuous improvement of template agreements
- Collaborate closely with the rest of the Legal team
- Stay abreast of legal and industry developments relevant to the company’s business
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3–7 years’ relevant post-qualification experience (PQE)
- At least 2 years’ significant experience focused on technology law, complex commercial contracts, and/or strategic partnerships/alliances
- Strong candidates will ideally bring a mix of private practice and in-house experience
- A proactive self-starter, able to work independently
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- High degree of professional integrity and discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a matrixed environment
- Strong relationship-building skills
