About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across multiple channels
- Drive proactive talent pipelining for critical and high-volume roles
- Partner with recruitment and business leaders to align sourcing initiatives with hiring needs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sourcing specialists.
- Set performance goals, monitor team productivity, and provide continuous coaching and feedback,
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the sourcing team.
- Oversee sourcing operations and ensure process efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Optimize workflows, tools, and sourcing methodologies for improved outcomes.
- Analyze talent acquisition data and sourcing metrics (e.g., pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-fill.
- Create and present actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership.
- Drive data-informed decision-making to improve sourcing performance.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners.
- Act as a strategic advisor on market trends, talent availability, and sourcing best practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven experience in Sourcing or Recruitment Operations
- Demonstrated people management and team leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition reporting and analytics
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, reporting dashboards, pivot tables, formulas)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
