About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead projects from requirements definition through to deployment
- Coordinate internal and external resources (partners and clients)
- Analyze project progress and adapt project scope, timelines, and costs as needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Lead Scrum ceremonies in a hybrid Agile environment
- Review project artifacts for SDLC governance compliance
- Manage project resourcing and cost management
- Ensure timely reporting of status, risks, and issues to senior leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager/Engineering Manager. Ideal 8-10 years’ experience in IT.
- Finance domain literacy - exposure to P2P, O2C, or R2R processes
- Proven experience managing at least 2 projects in parallel.
- At least 2 projects were managed using Agile methodology as a Scrum Master.
- At least 2 projects were managed in a Waterfall environment as a Project Manager.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a project end-to-end from initiation to closure.
- Experience in consulting or client-facing environments, with a focus on managing client expectations and requirements.
- Experience with low code implementations or any business systems implementations.
- ERP integration experience - SAP, Oracle, or D365 or any other ERP/CRM system
- Relevant certifications such as PMI, Prince2, SAFe Agile, CPMAI etc.
