About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee day to day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all business functions

Requirements
What you’ll need- Any Graduate/ Postgraduate
- 5-8 years experience
- Strong leadership skills to mentor the staff
- Good communication, flexibility, reliability
- Knowledge in Microsoft outlook/excel/word/PPT.
- Strong Analytical skills with the ability to investigate and resolve issues
- Familiarity with HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid and other payer specific regulations.
- Capability of identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to higher level business strategies
- Ability to handle changing priorities, business needs and market conditions.
