About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conducting technical evaluations of geothermal and adjacent energy opportunities, including resource assessments, engineering feasibility, and technology readiness;
Supporting the design and implementation of structured processes, frameworks, and playbooks for the strategy function;
Analyzing financial data and performance metrics to assess the financial health of the company;
Collaborating with various departments such as marketing, finance, and operations;
Preparing presentations, reports, and other communication materials;
Conducting thorough frontier market research to identify key diversification opportunities;
Analyzing competitors' strategies, products, and market positioning;
Supporting strategic projects from initiation through execution;
Identifying and evaluating risks associated with strategic initiatives;
Proactively seeking opportunities for process improvement and optimization;
Supporting engagement with external stakeholders within specified industries.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree required; engineering, finance, accounting, economics, or related field preferred
2+ years of relevant professional experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A high degree of organization, creativity, and self-motivation
Ability to thrive in a highly autonomous role with limited supervision or direction amongst changing priorities
