About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and implement AI/ML models to automate product configuration, customization, and estimation processes
Stay updated with the latest AI technologies, tools, and trends
Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI solutions, methodologies, and deployment processes
Work with large datasets, ensuring integrity and security of sensitive information
Develop and deploy AI solutions in accordance with Fiserv’s security protocols
Work closely with cross-functional teams to create integrated AI solutions
Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models
Continuously monitor and optimize AI models for efficiency and performance improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI solutions
8+ years of experience in programming languages such as Python, JS/NodeJS, and .NET Framework/Core C#
3+ years of experience with ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-Learn
3+ years of experience with data manipulation and analysis using tools like Pandas or NumPy
3+ years of experience with deep learning concepts and architectures, including convolutional neural networks (CNNs), recurrent neural networks (RNNs), and transformers
3+ years of experience with software development methodologies, version control systems (like Git), and DevOps principles
3+ years of experience with cloud-based services and platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
3+ years of experience in designing scalable AI systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
