About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Timely submission of Vehicle Logistics Budgets to Finance team
  • Lead and Drive TVM for Efficiencies
  • Conduct TVM Workshops and Co-ordinate with Operations team to Generate ideas and implement for efficiency
  • Ensure Freight Costing is accurate for New model Programs and all new Launches
  • Track New launches with Operations team to ensure readiness
  • Co-ordinate with Operations team, Finance team and Leadership team to ensure all communications are latest
  • Ensure Finished Vehicles Inventories are optimized and within budget and targets
  • Envision Now, Near & Far priorities/ Strategies for the section & defining the tasks and objectives for the team
  • Lead, Represent & Contribute in outbound related leadership reviews (BPR, DOS, TVM, Freight & Inventory Forecast, JV Support, P2P Projects)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • B.E / B.Tech or Any Graduate with M.B.A
  • 12+ years in MP&L Business Process
  • Exposure on Global Logistics & Vehicle Distribution Processes desired
  • Should possess Analytical Skills and lateral thinking abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office & in Logistics Network Design Tools
  • Strong verbal, written, and listening skills
  • Ability to relate to employees at all levels of the business
  • Should be able to communicate with Global & Cross Functional Teams
