Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience and education.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale process improvements or cultural shifts.
- Ability to work rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends.
- Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodology
- Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) Experience or equivalent
