About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead SG 6 supervision and a represented team responsible for Receiving, Packaging, Replenishment, Picking, and Shipping.
- Deliver objectives related to Cost, Quality, Safety, Efficiency, Absenteeism.
- Engage with key stakeholders including suppliers to deliver key objectives.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all stakeholders, including fair and consistent administration of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
- The ability to manage behaviors and accountability in process, in yourself and the hourly workforce.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 5-year leadership experience.
- Minimum 2-year work experience in similar positions.
- Willing and able to work weekends, holidays, and afternoon shifts with varying hours. Must be flexible with shift times, and willing and able to work overtime.
- Must be willing and able to work onsite full-time, in the Kansas City High Velocity Center (Shawnee, KS)
- Demonstrated ability to actively listen, collaborate and problem solve with stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in difficult and stressful situations.
- Demonstrated exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
