About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and engineering positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels
- Screen and interview candidates to evaluate technical qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process
- Prepare and extend employment offers while assisting with negotiations and candidate acceptance
- Coordinate background checks, drug screens, employment verification, and pre-employment requirements
- Support new hire onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition into the organization
- Maintain accurate recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Monitor recruiting metrics, hiring progress, and requisition status
- Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience recruiting technical, engineering, construction, industrial, manufacturing, or skilled-trades professionals
- Experience filling “hard to fill” roles
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms
- Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously
- Excellent interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
