Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate the delivery of pharmacy solution suite for state Medicaid program(s)
Lead cross-functional programs for complex software implementation projects
Oversee planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and delivery across projects
Serve as primary point of coordination between business stakeholders, engineering, product, vendors, and customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of Medical Claims, PBM, and/or Pharmacy Solution experience
5+ years’ experience in Program Management of a large Software Implementation
Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and collaborate across multi-functional team
Hands-On experience in SDLC, Agile, MS Project and testing methodologies (SIT, UAT, Performance testing) (Preferred)
General technical knowledge of APIs, Integrations, Hosting Infrastructure
