About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Cultivate client relationships and be the voice of Gainwell as a trusted advisor and thought leader
- Manage the operations of your account, including SLAs, security remediation, outage management, resource oversight, staffing, project health, implementations, and quality assurance
- Understand the data and own the outcomes for your client
- Develop a client-centered innovation agenda to proactively engage with the client on their business needs and goals
- Harness Gainwell's innovative spirit to meet and exceed contractual commitments
- Guide and mentor the delivery and operations team for your account
- Manage the financial quality of the account
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration/Management, Finance, a clinical specialty or equivalent (preference for Master's degree)
- 10-12 years’ experience in account leadership roles such as sales, delivery or business management
- Experience in business operations management
- Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience managing large-scale government or private sector healthcare contracts valued at twenty (20) million dollars or more
- Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare regulations/standards, cost reporting, profit and loss, and budget compliance
- Experience working in a matrixed environment
- P & L, sales and risk management skills
