Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development and modernization of healthcare claims solutions
Mentor engineers, drive technical delivery, and partner across teams
Own technical delivery across the software development lifecycle, from design through release and support

Requirements

What you’ll need

9+ years of software development experience, including technical leadership
Strong background in C, Unix/Linux, SQL, and system integration
Experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise applications
Healthcare claims experience required; Gainwell Interchange preferred
Knowledge of SDLC, release management, and modern engineering practices
Experience with multiple claims bundling/editing software platforms is desired
