About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responding to member telephone calls involving eligibility and benefit information

Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- 6 months minimum customer service or telephone experience (preferred more than 1 year)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
- Dental experience preferred

- Skilled in the use of computer software and telephone technology, including help desk software
