About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Designing and delivering high-quality, scalable Medicaid Drug Rebate applications
- Leading efforts to optimize complex workflows and creating intuitive interfaces
- Collaborating with various teams across the company’s Pharmacy enterprise
- Supporting the drug rebate solution for state clients in maintenance and operations
- Providing expertise to internal and external stakeholders
- Developing and providing technical documentation and overseeing test-plan development
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 or more years of experience working with Medicaid drug rebate solutions and business processes
- Experience querying in RDBMS databases such as SQL Server and Oracle and understanding data models is a plus
- Experience with Medicaid Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI), or Change Requests, and solution enhancement projects
- Experience in developing workflows to optimize business processes
- Experience in capturing, documenting, and managing client requirements and complex business processes
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for design, creation, testing and defect resolution
