Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitors and tracks operational projects across multiple business units to ensure timely completion and compliance with contractual requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Three or more years of experience in business process service delivery, preferably within an outsourcing environment
  • Experience working in Medicaid or other health insurance environments
  • Strong proficiency with personal computers and business software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
