About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for all customer service requests (CSRs) under 500 hours
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for initiatives exceeding 500 hours
Establish logical task relationships, dependencies, milestones, and critical paths within project schedules
Ensure schedules align with project objectives, contractual requirements, and delivery commitments
Coordinate schedule reviews with Project Managers, technical leads, business stakeholders, and leadership teams
Facilitate discussions to reconcile scheduling conflicts and ensure schedule accuracy
Prepare and submit project schedules for client review and approval
Track schedule approvals and maintain approval documentation
Respond to client schedule comments and feedback
Work with project managers and delivery teams to address client concerns and incorporate approved changes
Conduct weekly schedule review meetings with client stakeholders
Present schedule performance metrics
Prepare and distribute Schedule Summary Reports
Track schedule-related action items through completion
Ensure project tasks and activities are incorporated into approved schedules

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
5+ years of experience in project scheduling, project management, PMO, or program controls
Experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong understanding of schedule management principles, critical path methodology, and dependency management
Experience working directly with clients and executive stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certification preferred
Experience supporting government, healthcare, Medicaid, or regulated industry programs preferred
Knowledge of schedule health metrics and Earned Value Management concepts preferred
