About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for all customer service requests (CSRs) under 500 hours
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for initiatives exceeding 500 hours
  • Establish logical task relationships, dependencies, milestones, and critical paths within project schedules
  • Ensure schedules align with project objectives, contractual requirements, and delivery commitments
  • Coordinate schedule reviews with Project Managers, technical leads, business stakeholders, and leadership teams
  • Facilitate discussions to reconcile scheduling conflicts and ensure schedule accuracy
  • Prepare and submit project schedules for client review and approval
  • Track schedule approvals and maintain approval documentation
  • Respond to client schedule comments and feedback
  • Work with project managers and delivery teams to address client concerns and incorporate approved changes
  • Conduct weekly schedule review meetings with client stakeholders
  • Present schedule performance metrics
  • Prepare and distribute Schedule Summary Reports
  • Track schedule-related action items through completion
  • Ensure project tasks and activities are incorporated into approved schedules

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in project scheduling, project management, PMO, or program controls
  • Experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong understanding of schedule management principles, critical path methodology, and dependency management
  • Experience working directly with clients and executive stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certification preferred
  • Experience supporting government, healthcare, Medicaid, or regulated industry programs preferred
  • Knowledge of schedule health metrics and Earned Value Management concepts preferred
