About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee end-to-end management of environmental and mining projects, from planning through delivery.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and liaise with clients and stakeholders.
Ensure project quality, cost control, and schedule adherence.
Contribute to strategic sector development, mentor and support teams, and strengthen business relationships.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise execution of projects in the mining environment.
Ensure projects comply with regulatory requirements and the firm's quality standards.
Lead internal technical teams and external consultants within a multidisciplinary framework.

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in engineering (environmental, geological, mining, civil, or related field).
Active member in good standing of a professional regulatory association (e.g., OIQ).
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including management of large-scale projects in the mining and environmental sectors.
Strong proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Microsoft Office suite, ERP systems).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingualism (French and English*) required, both spoken and written.
Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills.
