About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure that the project activity/progression (work) is tracked in the production tools, scheduled in accordance with the quality requirements of the Activity, and the procedures governing the Activity.
- Scheduling and/or the assignment of all assessment/auditing-related activities.
- Assist in issuance of activity schedules to assessment staff.
- Assure that all Periodic Audits (PAs) are scheduled as required by PA plans.
- Tracking of all assigned assessment/audit
- Maintain excel tracking to ensure full visibility of all audit activities.
- update internal paperwork as per guidelines of MDR
- maintain project updates with current contracts, CPs and QRFs for each client
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience working in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Good English communication skills both written and verbal.
- Very proficient (Intermediate, Advanced, Expert level) with Microsoft Office Suites i.e. Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Familiarity with FTP (i.e. OneDrive)
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills.
