About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide timely and accurate service to customers (primarily active employees)
  • Assist in processing HR documents, i.e. benefit, salary, and status changes
  • Provide information on a wide range of human resources programs and services (via phone, chat, AskHR cases)
  • Expedite referral of complex issues and sensitive inquiries to the appropriate area for resolution including, but not limited to, benefits, leaves of absence, payroll, HR policy, training, and work-life programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 9 months customer services or administrative support experience in a corporate environment
  • 6 months experience utilizing Office software packages, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • 10-key calculator experience and an aptitude for math
  • Experience utilizing email
  • Service oriented and has a desire to assist the customer
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of confidentiality
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Team player in a high-paced team environment
  • Ability to handle high stress and high volume situations where time is of the essence
  • Experience using Workday (preferred)
