About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide timely and accurate service to customers (primarily active employees)
- Assist in processing HR documents, i.e. benefit, salary, and status changes
- Provide information on a wide range of human resources programs and services (via phone, chat, AskHR cases)
- Expedite referral of complex issues and sensitive inquiries to the appropriate area for resolution including, but not limited to, benefits, leaves of absence, payroll, HR policy, training, and work-life programs
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or GED
- 9 months customer services or administrative support experience in a corporate environment
- 6 months experience utilizing Office software packages, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- 10-key calculator experience and an aptitude for math
- Experience utilizing email
- Service oriented and has a desire to assist the customer
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of confidentiality
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Team player in a high-paced team environment
- Ability to handle high stress and high volume situations where time is of the essence
- Experience using Workday (preferred)
