Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, marketing, communications
  • 5 years experience in leading or building early career, apprenticeship or university relations programs or initiatives OR 9 years of related field experience
  • 1 year of management or leadership experience
  • Creative problem solver with exceptional communication skills
  • Experience working with and recruiting from colleges, high schools and/or organizations supporting apprenticeship programs
  • Experience in project management
  • Knowledge of and experience with recruiting technology (i.e. Workday, Peoplesoft, Taleo etc.)
