About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with Critical Account Program customers as a senior technical resource.
- Identify sub-optimal designs and consult on correction plans.

- Build strong relationships across internal organization and with customers.
- Travel required for onsite troubleshooting in customer environments (10-40%).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or other Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Typically, 10+ years’ experience.
- Deep understanding of enterprise networking areas including data center network design and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of DCI technologies - EVPNs, encapsulation such as VXLAN, and MPLS.
- Familiarity with security solutions, IPSec, SSL/TLS, PKI/Certificates.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong history of troubleshooting with customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
