About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Project Management, and IT teams to gather and define business requirements
  • Partner with Product Management to ensure accurate product configuration and quote readiness
  • Own end-to-end enablement for New Product Introduction (NPI), ensuring products are fully configured and ready for quoting
  • Perform Oracle CPQ configuration tasks with minimal coding while maintaining system integrity and usability
  • Configure and manage product models, attributes, rules, UI components, and templates
  • Support and optimize the full quote lifecycle, including approvals, revisions, document generation, and version control
  • Troubleshoot quoting issues and provide timely support to Sales users
  • Support Oracle CPQ and Salesforce (SFDC) integration to ensure accurate data synchronization between systems
  • Participate in agile development processes, including 3–4-week sprint cycles
  • Review and maintain system data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
  • Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and confidentiality standards
  • Generate sales reports and support data retrieval requests as needed
  • Perform routine system maintenance and backups to preserve data integrity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
  • 3 years of CPQ application administration experience (Oracle CPQ preferred)
  • Experience with Oracle CPQ and Salesforce (SFDC) integration
  • Hands-on experience with product configuration and quote lifecycle management
  • Prior experience in Sales or Sales Operations is strongly preferred
  • Understanding of sales processes, CRM workflows, and quote-to-order lifecycle
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
  • Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
