About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage central inbound and outbound phone and email channels for mortgage financing, building savings (Bausparen) and consumer installment loans
Respond to and resolve general and specific inquiries related to mortgage financing, building savings and consumer installment loans
Provide support to distribution partners in using the EUROPACE platform
Independently handle payout/disbursement issues
Process requests in a structured, administrative manner while adhering to service levels and availability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on banking, mortgage financing or consumer loans
Excellent German language skills (at least C1) both written and spoken
Confident user of MS Office
Open to learning new systems and processes
Experience in mortgage financing, consumer loans or financial services is a plus
§34i qualification desirable or willingness to obtain it during onboarding
Service-oriented, empathetic, able to concentrate and presenting a responsible demeanor
