About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage central inbound and outbound phone and email channels for mortgage financing, building savings (Bausparen) and consumer installment loans
  • Respond to and resolve general and specific inquiries related to mortgage financing, building savings and consumer installment loans
  • Provide support to distribution partners in using the EUROPACE platform
  • Independently handle payout/disbursement issues
  • Process requests in a structured, administrative manner while adhering to service levels and availability

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on banking, mortgage financing or consumer loans
  • Excellent German language skills (at least C1) both written and spoken
  • Confident user of MS Office
  • Open to learning new systems and processes
  • Experience in mortgage financing, consumer loans or financial services is a plus
  • §34i qualification desirable or willingness to obtain it during onboarding
  • Service-oriented, empathetic, able to concentrate and presenting a responsible demeanor
