About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsibility for subprojects: You take ownership of implementing specific modules of our ERP system WOWIPORT for our clients, configure the modules, and enable client staff to use WOWIPORT.
You independently coordinate your on-site or remote appointments, ensure customer participation, and keep track of the subproject budget.
You work closely with the Project Manager on budget, schedules, quality, status reports and escalation issues, and you communicate project changes to the team.
You serve as the subject-matter contact for the WOWIPORT key users at the client company for your assigned modules and share your expertise internally within the team.
You are responsible for maintaining the data for your subproject in the project tool Asana.
You proactively communicate optimization suggestions and development approaches to increase efficiency and and create or update training materials.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have completed training as a real estate clerk (Immobilienkauffrau/Immobilienkaufmann) or hold a degree with a focus on real estate or housing management, or you have a comparable qualification.
You have at least 2 years of professional experience in the housing and real estate sector, ideally with a focus on homeowners' association (condominium) administration, banking, membership management, technical property management, financial accounting, or similar areas.
You have a strong IT affinity, experience with housing industry software, and a curiosity to learn new technologies and tools.
You communicate clearly and openly and can convey complex information in an understandable way, both within the team and when working with our clients.
You are able to plan and prioritize your tasks independently to achieve your objectives efficiently.
You are willing to visit our clients across Germany in person.
