About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supervise and lead a team of claim operations staff, prioritizing and assigning work
- Oversees day-to day operations of the teams’ activities including workload distribution of new claims
- Ensures timely and accurate processing of loss and expense payments
- Review and approve complex or escalated issues
- Collaborate with other departments, to streamline processes, resolve customer inquiries
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback
- Stay updated on industry trends, changes in regulations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 3-5 years of related experience, with 1-3 years of supervisory experience required
