About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define, configure, and maintain best-practice solution blueprints for Intapp Compliance products.
Lead internal and client-facing discovery to identify unmet needs and workflow gaps in target industries.
Partner with product management to maintain strong feedback loops and roadmap alignment.
Provide tactical field support to sales, pre-sales, services, client success, and support teams.
Work with Industry Solutions Programme Managers to develop and deliver enablement content.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Five or more years of experience in a services, pre-sales, client success, or technical client-facing role at an enterprise software company.
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into client-facing application configurations.
Hands-on experience configuring Intapp Compliance applications or comparable enterprise compliance or legal technology platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven track record of presenting confidently in high-pressure situations with senior stakeholders.
The drive to work independently and deliver projects to completion.
Genuine curiosity about the competitive landscape, professional services industries, and compliance workflows.
