About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own new client acquisition strategy across accounting and consulting firms in EMEA.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts in the accounting and consulting vertical.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Managing Directors across both new logo and expansion motions.
- Drive disciplined sales execution, including pipeline inspection and forecast accuracy.
- Personally engage in and quarterback the most strategic opportunities across EMEA.
- Ensure clear articulation of Intapp's differentiated value across the accounting and consulting market in EMEA.
- Lead executive-level negotiations with senior accounting and consulting firm leadership.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 15+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a demonstrated track record of both winning net-new logos and expanding strategic accounts within the accounting and consulting industry.
- Direct sales experience within the accounting and consulting market.
- Proven enterprise sales experience with a deep understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, large deal sizes ($1M+), and long-term strategic account management across EMEA markets.
- Prior experience working within a leading professional services organization such as Big 4, RSM, BDO, Grant Thornton, or Accenture.
- A true player-coach mentality.
- Prior experience leading and developing high-performing teams of senior enterprise sellers — Managing Directors or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills paired with strong executive presence.
