About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work with Development and Product Management to design and deliver new functionality
Perform deep dives into both systemic and latent reliability issues; partner with software engineers to produce and roll out fixes
Drive standardization efforts across multiple disciplines and services in conjunction with SREs
Identify and drive opportunities to improve automation for the company
Participate in on-call rotation with 12-hour shifts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands on experience in building fault-tolerant and scalable distributed systems
Hands on experience with Azure building and running production workloads
Production experience of managing .NET/IIS using Docker and Kubernetes
Expertise in Configuration Management and CI/CD with Terraform and Azure DevOps
Programming skills in C# and .NET
Solid experience with observability technologies like Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry
Developed SLOs for SaaS products
Hands on experience with ArgoCD and Argo Workflows
Designed and implemented load testing of distributed systems
