About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and lead a world-class Deal Desk function that supports field teams in deal structuring and pricing guidance.
  • Drive end-to-end deal execution across enterprise and strategic accounts.
  • Oversee the commercial contract process, including redlines and negotiations.
  • Lead bespoke pricing and commercial modeling for complex and high-value deals.
  • Design and refine commercial workflows and approval matrices.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to align on strategic deal terms and risk posture.
  • Deliver visibility into pipeline quality and deal velocity through analytics.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing transaction management team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10–15 years of experience in enterprise SaaS.
  • Deep expertise in deal desk, commercial operations, or revenue strategy.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, pricing strategies, and contract structures.
  • Executive presence and ability to influence cross-functionally at senior levels.
  • Proven leadership experience managing high-performing, cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, judgment, and problem-solving in high-stakes deal environments.
  • Experience with CPQ tools, CLM systems, and CRM platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; JD or MBA is a plus.
