About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage with and manage clients by building trust and strong client relationships
- Design and write top class proposals
- Deliver top class insights and actionable recommendations to help clients be successful in their strategy and marketing decisions
- Deliver clear-cut, engaging presentations and workshops for client stakeholders at all levels
- Responsible for client relationship and client satisfaction for assigned clients and new business
- Support training activities and knowledge sharing
- Act as a role model and mentor for younger colleagues
- Manage projects effectively to understand what drives project profitability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Passionate, dedicated, and reliable professional with strong leadership skills
- At least 7 years of experience working with quantitative market research at agency side
- Strong experience and understanding of market research techniques and principles, especially within segmentations, brand positioning, U&A, and shopper studies
- University degree in economics or marketing
- Fluent in written and spoken English
