About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct thorough qualitative and quantitative research (for both scientific and non-scientific focused projects).
  • Reach out and liaise with potential sites (e.g. hospitals, data holders) and stakeholders such as KOLs, Payers, Clients etc; for set up of contracts, project meetings, confidentiality agreements and applications.
  • May serve as project manager on small-sized client engagements.
  • Write and/or review data access applications to Nordic health data authorities (e.g. patient-level data, aggregate data requests).
  • Conduct interviews with local clinical experts as well as with patients.
  • Create well-structured, client-facing deliverables and communicate insights.
  • Stay up to date on the national health data landscape in your country.
  • May contribute to proposal development.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • PhD (or equivalent) in pharmacology/ bio-medicine/ epidemiology or other relevant scientific subject.
  • Around 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Experienced and comfortable with basic statistics (e.g. mean, median, percentiles, p-values, confidence intervals, survival analysis).
  • Proven project management skills and willingness to broaden experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and at least one Nordic language, living in the Nordics.
  • Good and comfortable at structuring information in a logical way.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others across the Nordic countries and with global excellence centres.
  • Adaptability and an ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge.
