About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement delivery strategies during the RFP/Bid Defense cycle
  • Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Operations, and provide guidance for tailor-made strategies
  • Scan therapeutic and operational landscape to develop long term implementation strategies
  • Act as champion for project centricity and enable the project delivery team
  • Guide and mentor Project Leader to present strategy to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Support Sales in preparation for customer and bid defense meetings
  • Identify quality issues within the study and provide coaching on resolution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences
  • Relevant global clinical research experience (director level)
  • Hands on operational delivery and/or drug development experience in Internal Medicine/Immunology
  • Deep and current knowledge of the scientific, clinical operations, real world, regulatory, operational, commercial and competitive landscape
  • Strong global knowledge of biopharma industry and drug development lifecycle
  • In-depth knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements (GCP, ICH)
  • Strong business acumen with financial considerations and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer management skills
  • Ability to lead a virtual team in a matrix organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications
