About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the technical review (first review) of customer materials
- Ensure all tasks are appropriately added to WIP from the customers review and approval system
- Attend account WIP meetings to learn which tasks you will be responsible for completing
- Provide account support on ancillary tasks as required
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge regarding therapeutic areas and client products
- Attend monthly mentorship sessions held by medical leads
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Codes of practice (ABPI, IPHA, EFPIA, PhRMA)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Life science degree or equivalent
- High levels of attention to detail
- Excellent time management
- Highly organised and enjoy working in fast-paced role
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fundamental understanding of statistical analysis
- Experience in problem-solving and providing solutions
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Fluency in English language
- Pharmacist or Medical Qualification (desirable)
- Signatory/AQP expertise (desirable)
- Life science masters or PhD (MSc, MRes, MPharm, MBBS, or PhD) (ideal)
- Knowledge of applicable Codes of practice (desirable)
- Experience working in Veeva Vault PromoMats/MedComms, Aprimo or similar review and approval system (desirable)
