About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the hunt for new assets, acquisitions, and/or partner channels to accelerate portfolio expansion and market potential
- Drive the development of complete offerings (from I&A through C&S)
- Ensure offering content and feature levels are competitive and sufficient to generate targeted revenue growth and market penetration
- Incorporate IQVIA strategic direction into offering management decisions
- Secure organizational agreement on the complete go-to-market plan and budget required for implementation
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure the offerings meet customer needs and are economically and technically viable and deliverable
- Drive achievement of objectives for an increasingly larger or more complex area of business line responsibility
- Recognize the impact of industry developments that may influence IQVIA products, services, or trends
- Proactively shape and scope interdependencies with other business line stakeholders and functions to achieve business line goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, biopharma, healthcare services, or agency environments
- Proven experience in offering development, portfolio management, and/or go-to-market (GTM) strategy
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial models, brand strategy, and outsourcing solutions
- Experience supporting business development activities, including RFPs, RFIs, and pipeline development
- Strong stakeholder management experience across global and regional teams
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate industry trends, including data, technology, and AI, into actionable plans
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and general digital tools; knowledge of IQVIA offerings, systems, or similar environments is preferred
